Although normally a shallow crossing - and BTW that's not it's name and there's no number associated with it's name either - I have seen it, or rather been there when there was five meters of water over it.
For your first clue - The flow here contributes to the Sydney water supply.

The only one I can think of (but is been nearly 20 years) is the crossing at Murphys Flat (near Yerranderrie), but its class 1 catchment so a bit restricted.

It's not even part of the primary Sydney water supply catchment. Think of the supplementary catchment that was added in the seventies.
