The only good Apple is a juicy, crunchy one that I can eat.

My iPod classic is excellent. Its about nine years old, and certainly tough. It's been bumped around the world and never faulted.

The neighbour has collected his chook. After it laid me ten eggs.
I eat five today. Boiled for lunch, scrambled for tea.

I don't hang around on too many other forums, but on one I sort of hang around I posted in a thread - that was already waaay off topic and pulled a 'Ron' on them by correcting someone who said he could play 5 cords on his guitar - I chimed in and said that would be difficult and maybe he could play 5 chords on it.

Well, that went down like a lead balloon - and the entire thread was deleted - all 5 pages including the relevant information the OP was after. When I PM'ed the Admin team asking where it had gone, I was told in no uncertain terms that it was deleted because it was off topic and my post was the final straw...

I've never come across anything like this, but as I said, I don't get out much...

So, is this just a pack of humourless people or is this quite common out there in forum land?

Oh - feel free to take this off topic if you wish - I won't get upset...
Just bringing this thread back on topic so it doesn't get deleted. I know this will strike a cord with the OP.
    Cheers

Our chooks are all clucky at the moment so we're having to buy eggs, which makes having chooks rather pointless.

Incidentally, I dug an extra septic trench today. Not my idea of fun.

The only eggs that were laid at our place recently, were pushed out of the Kookaburras nest, when a possum moved in

They broke so were no good for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Got to sort out the possum once and for all,but then another will probably move in.

One of the local shops here have possum fur clothing. Apparently its is tubular like a polar bears coat so really soft and warm.

    I haven't check the butcher.
