I can recommend croc kebabs - very tasty, like chicken.

Wombats are tough, so would need to be slow cooked, maybe in a smoker, all day.

    Hi,
Had Witchetty Grub soup at Echuca, Emu and Kangaroo pizza at Coober Pedy and Crocodile from a local butcher.
Venison and Buffalo have been eaten on a few occasions.
I tried to cook snake once, but after skinning and gutting, there was not much more than bones left, so we used it for Cray bait.
    Cheers

When I was working in PNG fifty years ago, I was told that our survey crew had caught a very large python. When I asked if I could have a look at it, I was told "Sorry, it got eaten". (The survey crew comprised an expat surveyor and about twenty locals.)

If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
