You should give up on flavoured milk. You can have more sugar then.

There's an idea, I could make my own flavoured milk and put the sugar syrup into full cream milk instead of the skim the commercial flavoured milk is made from.

If it's embarrassing, or you are put under too much scrutiny, find a new chemist! They are just regular people with some legal hoops to jump thru on a daily basis- they need to make their judgement in a few seconds to save their bacon if it goes pear shaped... And of course they are probably just jaded from the 15 junkies per day that ask for a range of S4 - S8 drugs 'over the counter'.

All this goes out the window of course you want to buy 15 packs at one time, then it's straight to the naughty corner. NO SOUP FOR YOU

Is the common cold getting worse or am I just becoming a big sook.

My doc. said this year's flu is particularly bad. I'm at day 3 in bed and woke up with a ferocious sore throat, a temperature and a headache. In the past one day in bed was enough to get me going, but not now.

My long time mate (housemate for 17 years) died of pneumonia in early July after catching the flu in early April and not going to the doc till the end of May. By the time I dragged him to the hospital it was too late, he had multiple organ failure.

I don't like unsalted cashews. Made the mistake of buying them once or twice. Just adding salt does not work.
