I am off to a wedding shortly at the Townsville Casino and I have the worst head cold ever. I went out for drinks with the Groom last night and I drove. I want to have a few drinks tonight but I feel miserable. I have nasal spray and Panadol. Nose still won't stop dripping.

You need a nasal flush - disgusting but effective.
I'm already miserable at home in bed with the flu so I might go and have a nasal flush myself - it couldn't make me feel any worse!

Absolutely, I get a headache when I take phenylephrine hydrochloride, which isn't much good when you're taking it for a sinus headache. But just try to get even a single packet of a product containing pseudoephedrine like the original Sudafed!
