Is this some kind of dodgy scheme? If you are after an investor I would need to look at the proposal a bit more as it seems fishy and I don't wanna be caught in a sting

Not just hot,but the humidity is unbelievable.No rain here in the last few weeks either.

Working on a roof tomorrow,can't wait,should pick up a few more sun spots

Power overload has caused a major air con failure here, electricians are scurrying around while sweating people mutter ominously.
This morning it was 37.8 outside, so people without air con are not happy.
Maybe I'm getting soft...

I didn't see a single Ground Hog today. No Hogs ground and no ground Hogs. There are some very noisy Hogs that get up the West Link. I'd like to grind them.
