The sun is up, time to tick some boxes.

Looks a nice day for a drive but being Melbourne things may change

    Boxes to tick off today...
-30% RACV sale at Repco ends so go grab some wheel bearing grease.
    -Find a nice coffee.
-Give and receive a few Landy waves
-Test the recently fitted cruise control.

All I need is to find some other forum friends to share they with
    Cheers, Kyle

That 30% discount was good to me.

I have been looking at getting a new stereo for the disco and I went in and looked at a media player at $149 and an oil catch can for $75, then decided I couldn't afford both so walked out. Met up with a mate and he told me about the discount, so I went back and saved just over $67 on the two items. Which is great seeing as I have spent just over $2,000 on the disco this week.

What did you get from Repco....just the grease?

It is an Autotecnica Monza 2 in 1 catch can

2 in 1 as in it can be used as a radiator overflow or blow bye oil catch tank.

Was just the cheapest one on the shelf at Repco.

Will try and get a pic up if you need one.

I only got some of the boxes ticked

-Picked up 2.5Kg of grease and some valve caps for the little buzz box.

-Didn't see a coffee shop and as we where in a Defender, no factory Satnav to guide me to a one.
Settled for a Blend 23 satchel job that we always carry.

-Didn't get a single wave from any Land Rovers we saw, not many out and about though.

    -Cruise control works brilliantly.
It holds speed with no surging, only over run was on one steep decline which I was expecting.

-I did find a group of folk to share the day with, all from AULRO
Hopefully someone will post some pics and do a trip report.
    Cheers, Kyle
