will be interesting to see what the circumstances of the first charge were and how the Police followed it up. We had some issues with these bikes a while back and a neighbour said that he saw a Police Car approach these kids on bikes and the Officer "just wagged a finger at them" and then let them ride off. Another neighbour phoned the Police to complain and they said "what do you want us to do about it"?

I'm not sure this is being taken seriously and the end result is this tragedy. There must be a better way of dealing with it. Out of interest , I phoned the Tas police to ask them how they deal with it. Yet to hear back.
    cheers,

If a geezer brandished a knife at someone , would they leave him with the knife? Don't get it.

They would have just shot him.
It saddens me to think of all the loss, the grief and anxiety that follows from this. I could all have been avoided had the little mongrel been reined in in the first instance.
    Cheers, Billy.

His family want to help the poor boy. They could help him with a short sharp shock, and a long time in gaol to think about the effects of his actions.
    Cheers, Billy.

They put down feral dogs. We need to start doing this to oxygen thieves as well.
