    Yeah I was hoping no-one was having problems with Shannons. my experiance with two claims over the last 10year has been nothing short of brilliant. Whenever I ring them, an aussie answers the phone and understands exactly what I'm requesting.

    My wife has a modern poogoe .... I rang around to get quotes, and honestly most were cheaper. After spending 40minutes on the phone just trying to take out the policy waiting in phone queues (no doubt to bloody india). I decided "BUGGER THIS ... I'll pay the $200 a year extra".... Hang up, 30seconds later "Welcome to Shannons, how can we help you". If I can't even get through to take out a policy with "others", what hope would I have if I actually had to make a claim

    No Its not shannons, its more in line with a sunny state.

    Don't want to name and shame them yet until I get my car fixed.
