Or repeal it (as opposed to the blinkered view of changing a law every time it's raised as draconian) and cut 'green tape'. So it's a simplification of the act I'm suggesting, surely good for the environment as it takes less paper to print Balances out in this case with less overall time as things become simplified

That's not 'self'-defeating at all, it's a tactical advantage and a victory for common-sense
