After taking him on their attempt to stop duck hunting the animal activist asks the hunter, 'did your experience today change your views in any way?' He replies, 'well, I've become interested in trying duck hunting!'
Or repeal it (as opposed to the blinkered view of changing a law every time it's raised as draconian) and cut 'green tape'. So it's a simplification of the act I'm suggesting, surely good for the environment as it takes less paper to printBalances out in this case with less overall time as things become simplified
