Its been a couple of months now since I went down the back and looked at her. No infection and massive granulation tissue growth.
The loose skin had died and dropped off and new skin was growing nicely.
Granulation tissue is really amazing. The lower leg was twice the thickness and to someone that has not seen it before it would be disturbing.
Could not get close enough for a photo with my point and shoot, but things looked good.
Will get back again soon for another look.
