Causes of stones can vary.
For me, it seems to be milk.
I would drink litres of the stuff every day. But it seems to bring on the stones more regularly.
When I cut out drinking milk, the kidneys seem to back off again.
Still have a bit in the coffee, the odd time I have cereal, and still consuming other dairy products. Just guzzling the milk seems to be my downfall.
I go 6 months, and feel great, then have a lapse for a few weeks/months and hit the milk again, and get landed with stones.
This time..... I swear....![]()
