Thread: Our "Justice" System?

Rangie,..Exactly mate, exactly.
Too many do-gooders around. And this has NOTHING to do with the Police, they do a ripper job with limited resources,...and ask them how many "domestic violence" issues they go to, and what can they do,....because of what the Courts won't do,...they're sick of it to.
How many times do we hear it,...suspended sentence, CBO, aahh He was on drugs, but He's coming good,...Yeah right,...a HUGE number of priors, and Rosie Battye,..Australian of the Year,....for what?.....She's done absolutely NOTHING. I tell you what, every single Policeman or Policewoman, or Salvo staff that get involved in this stuff,....they ALL do more,....She just "Talks The Talk",.....these guys "Walk The Walk".
Jeez, I could go on, two women beat a Paramedic so badly recently, He won't work again,...guess what,....they're let out on bail,....yeah right.

If you are convinced that these "Bully Scum Lowlife Oxygen Thieves" even think of her or what she says, when they do what they do, then you are delusional.

Ok you self proclaimed experts. A case study for you.

Take an 8 year old boy and his younger sister. They were being sexually and physically abused by their alcoholic parents and all of their parents drinking buddies.

At age 14 the boy found release. It was called heroin.

He spent 19 out of 23 years in jail because of his addiction.

A question for you experts before I go any further.

Should this person be rehabilitated or not?

Should ANYONE be given a chance at "rehabilitation"?....OF COURSE THEY SHOULD,...but not, time, after time, after time, during which they continue to reoffend,...I've had enough of that.

Obviously the 'hang 'em high' brigade, with their Attila the Hun levels of empathy and compassion have no understanding of the complexity of the situation. Any attempt to enlighten them would be time wasted, they cannot understand.

You are one of the people that I am referring to. You have called others on this forum delusional because they dis agree with you.


Now, a little more info for you. This person led one of the longest car chases in NSW and escaped from Jail multiple times, he was jailed multiple times for multiple offences. Fits your description of someone offending time after time...

Now, I ask again, in the case study I have presented to you should this particular person be rehabilitated or not ?
