As the O.P., I still say "Law & Order is Stuffed"!
There are some here who obviously don't believe me, and take my comments "with a grain of salt",.....or less.
Well, just read the Melbourne Papers, particularly the Melbourne Sun,..EVERY DAY.
The latest is that "Apex" have joined up with "YCW", (Young Crucified Warriors), both of whom have been "recruited" by the Mongols Motorcycle Gang.
You can also read, if you wish, and learn about the increase in crime,.....home invasions, car jacking,....etc.....over 100% in some areas.
Of course, I realize some on here will say I'm talking nonsense,....and that is part of the problem.

Not confined to Melbourne. I'm told the Mongols are also moving in on the Gold Coast, but the local bikers are resisting. Cops are on their case, apparently.

yep, one was arrested locally a few days ago.

With the amount of this stuff in the papers & on the TV, in Melbourne, anyway, I find it hard to know how the Police can cope, ESPECIALLY, when it's an increasing number of repeat offenders, already on bail, that are found to be the culprits.

Great deterrent for any other would be car-jacker and armed robber.

Every day we see more and more violence against innocent children and those who cannot defend themselves and judges just take the easy line in sentencing

This one the other day against a helpless two-year old. I will be looking to see what mamby pamby sentence he gets after his legal team finish with the hard childhood, neglect and not getting the right coloured lego for his birthday when he was five sob story.

Yes, fellow forum members, I know not many of you guys agree with me,...all is good,...as long as we are free to state our own opinion.
More "stuff" from Melbourne,...Apex gang melbourne inmate recorded,..."I'll be out tomorrow" (on bail mind you), "then we'll go to" ra ra ra (mentioned new suburbs!).."easy stuff there,..can't wait",...& he's not even out (of gaol).
Kids (well, so called) creating untold damage in jail etc etc, home assaults, car jackings, etc etc,...and what punishment is there?
All this "understanding", "do-gooder" stuff ain't working. As far as I'm concerned, if these perpetrators, of any description, show no "respect", then they don't deserve any "respect",...and so, I don't care,...if they do "bad stuff", then they need to be prepared to cop the same, "bad stuff". .
I now await to be flamed, & shall be quite happy to be so.
We need to "harden up",...we need to give out some REALLY hard punishment for these"bully boys", I don't care, ,...give em some of their own stuff, otherwise, we're,with respect to law & order, ....stuffed.
Anyway guys, give me a serve, 'cause I know some of you think I'm "full of it".
