Just wondering if it is a big minus having a tower when it ever comes to putting the place on the real estate market when thoughts of moving on happen along?

I recall past protests in the national media when these towers were planned for locations like next to school yards. This was due to concerns over possible electro-magnetics and the like.

If anyone has one of these yet to be fully defined towers on their properties what have been the pros and the cons. Do you regret the decision? In retrospect what questions should you have asked them before giving the go ahead?

I haven't read the rest of the Post's replies, but, I used to be a Finance Broker in a Rural area and one of our biggest lenders (sponsored the Melb. Cup) would not Finance any property that had either Power lines (down to 11,000 volts wooden poles) or any other tower, reciever or transmitter within the boundaries. Seems the Insurance Underwriters for the Loan would not cover, so no Finance, would not affect you unless you were selling or trying to get Finance, Regards Frank.
