    Spider ID

Can anyone ID this spider? I almost walked into him as he's spun his web about 200 mil off of my back door. I've left him alone, as I kind of like spiders... I've done a search but nothing conclusive.

    Thanks in advance!

Cheers guys! Yeah that's the way we were leaning with the Orbs, but couldn't quite find one that looked like it.

Yeah they are. I kinda helped him out a bit. At dusk, there were heaps of moths flying around just outside the perimeter of our covered deck. Once it got dark, I put the light on which drew the moths inside the perimeter so now his web is chockers... Spider ID

We call them "Night Spiders" as well.
We had one for years called Nancy & we could hand feed her. (All the big ones are female)
