I watched this a few weeks ago and was surprised that the Megane wasn't quicker through some of the corners than the bike. In saying that, there weren't too many tight corners in that sector to worry the bike, really.
Bike acceleration ate the car, hey!

I took the D1 tdi around Mt. Panorama in '07, commenting to Helen that it was a lot different to watching on the tele only to realise, about halfway round, that we were going in the opposite direction to "The Race"!

Guess you’ve never ridden then? If your backside was on that bike you wouldn’t say that.

I wish I had half as much talent as that. I’m more like the 2 guys on bikes they blitzed past at one stage.
