It was 10oclock in the morning, so an informal “business” meeting at a “cafe” is not out of the question 🥓🥐🥂🥃🥃

The crown instead of a number identifies it as the car of a vice-regal representative (Governor/GG). I have no idea how many of these each has, or whether they choose the car or the state/federal government does.
