True enough but I knew why I did it. I used mine to climb up inside Chimneys with a big brush in the hand.
In Winter they cleaned under the Looms while they were still running.(it would have killed a grown man if I/he had got caught up in the flat drive belts but being small they just got away with it as the flat drives just touched their little cloth tweed caps ) It did fill up their empty days when they weren't shoveling coal from the Barges.
Ah, Happy Days.

I'm not that witty, Paul but it could describe any parent's business or occupation. Can you imagine how much richer we'd have been without kids.
