Some days I wonder why we did it, next Friday might be one of those days.

True enough but I knew why I did it. I used mine to climb up inside Chimneys with a big brush in the hand.

In Winter they cleaned under the Looms while they were still running.(it would have killed a grown man if I/he had got caught up in the flat drive belts but being small they just got away with it as the flat drives just touched their little cloth tweed caps ) It did fill up their empty days when they weren't shoveling coal from the Barges.

    Ah, Happy Days.

I have a mental picture of someone reaching in to the pile of Sarnies & knocking the lot over to the floor.
Not to worry Mr Bee, they'll all stub their fags out on the same floor & en masse, all help to pick them up with their unwashed nicotine stained fingers & haphazardly put them all back on the display while coughing & wheezing all over them.

No ta. I'll give 'em all a miss & settle for a Melton Mowbray Pork Pie with Branston.

    No, really.

She may have worn that until one of the Kennedy lads came along.

Some might have seen this. Many will have seen Hammond's LR bit. I have vo problem with any of the choices, as all are brilliant. But in this case I agree with May. The DS is truly a Goddess.

The Pink Floyd bloke has a point though.
