Me as well, but I don't think they wear it when out shootin' peeps. The hi viz that is because it ain't bullet proof.

Not a major problem when that uniform was in use - I seem to remember reading that the marksmanship standard for the time was to hit somewhere in a six foot target at 100 yards at least 50% of the time. And the most useful individual infantry weapon was that spike on the end of the musket.
