I was going to post the following in the jokes thread (Mods - please move if you wish) but thought it was appropriate to follow Ron's post above re the English language.

3. Africans drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Australians, Americans and the British.
4. Italians drink large amounts of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Australians, Americans and the British.
5. Germans drink lots of beer and eat lots of sausages and suffer fewer heart attacks than Australians, Americans and the British.
Conclusion
Eat and drink what you like. It is speaking English that kills you.
