Not to mention he/she has done their Super in now so they won't be able to take it out of his/her pay packet..
EDIT
Looking at that bridge construction.
Recent Bridges these days do appear to be held up by **** all & not much else & they, all that I have seen, seem far too skeletal. I don't find it surprising that it went over at the curve in the Deck. where the pivotal pressure on the ends were greater, it being a curve, ie. crap design. What happened to the supports under that slab as it came down in one piece? I think they need to go back to the Design Group for their answers.
Designers all appear to compete with each other to see how they can design a bridge without any support, same with high rise buildings, they compete to see who can design the ugliest ****ing building.
Why the person may lose his 'nads or liver, kidney etc, it certainly seems to turn out that way. It certainly was a good test of the bridge structure none the less, & I wonder whether it had been used as a Test Vehicle to test the road base & cambers & load carrying capacity.
Lots of wheels & a very heavy load.
China would never acknowledge that this was the case even if it was. Life is cheap there it seems.
Some designs seemed to roll out 10 or more steam locomotives to test strength in the good olde days. "No rails there so who has ordered a big ****off heavy load next? That'll do us."
,
There will be a few Private incense pots burning in China over this lot for a while.
I doubt we will ever get the true story as it will be an ego/loss of face thing ,IMHO.

Few years back we made the galv tapered poles for Transfield , They were supplying phone towers that palm trees . They had these fiberglass sleeves that looked like bark that covered the steel poles . Transfield subbed the job to us because we were supplying tapered poles for power sub stations here in Qld.
