    On DC-3s there was one converted to a motor home in Qld (I think) about fifty years ago, and I seem to remember reading about it still being on the road some time in the last few years.

    Hmmm. I have photos of it somewhere. They were taken at a private airfield, get together at Mt. Archer, near Woodford, Qld.

    IIRC built on an old International chassis.
