Yep the tyres are a problem I have just shed one and but for the kindness of Craig would be up for $390 to get me over say 6 months before replacing them with Coopers or something similar.

Nice to see the the Toyo extricating themselves from trouble , presumably they did?

Once of the nicest experiences I had was snatching a Pajero off Cable Beach with my Suzuki after the owners wife said they were hoping for something bigger to come along and help them!

And yes they hadn't let the tyres down, weren't sure whether the tide was going out or coming in, people are scary sometimes. :roll:

The first thing I did when we bought a 4WD was go on a course, then joined a club and really learnt about it.

Nice looking Disco 8) 8) 8) Like your plates,othe WA AULROians will spot you easy.Im the same,Ive got "LANDYANDY" on mine.
Hopefully we will meet on a WA trip sometime.

Ive just done some beach work in Albany over the last week,Im going to write a bit of a story on how things worked out,as its the first beach driving I have done in the Disco2.I was very impressed.

I wouldn't worry too much about $360 tyres.

I just ordered a replacement Wrangler for the D3 and it's costing $450!!!!!!!
