Hadn't thought of that, it would work. She's hoping to see a moose. Hopefully not on course though. She'll stop to take photos of it.

Eventful day for Kelsey today, she knocked nearly a minute off her park run PB and then learnt a lot at her first day working at the bike shop. Even sold a pair of gloves and some spokes. ( i can only imagine that whoever was after the spokes knew exactly what they were after)
Tomorrow morning a ride and then meeting and starting with her new coach. Now the training should really ramp up.
