I'll be honest in that at times the stress of training combined with still wanting to do well in her final year of school (her last report card was all B's and an A+) has been very tough on her mentally. The thought that she had to win because that's what she thinks everyone is expecting of her has had her in tears occasionally.
The competition will be very tough. This is her first international event, she has nerves before every event, these two events are on a bigger scale. I'm sure she will be jittery beforehand.
But she's done the training and in my mind already a winner. As has been said here already, nows the fun part, go over there and make the most of it.

Expectations... Kenley, please tell her that we will love her for having a go.. This was never intended to put pressure on her, it was to get YOU there to take the pressure OFF.
