I then received a text message from DHL saying they would be delivering my parcel from John Craddock on Friday the 7th July& it needed to be signed for. I waited home all day for my parts but they were a no show. I have tried contacting DHL but keep getting a message SESSION EXPIRED I don't know what that means. I will have to wait & see what turns up on Monday & try ringing DHL & also send message to JC.
I originally expected JC to post the parts as only small ( 2 x wheel cylinders) & I had asked them to be sent to my PO Box as I was not in a hurry.

After waiting all day Friday for my parts & all morning today I rang DHL to find out were my delivery was. What they told me they had handed my package on to a 3rd party to deliver & they have no idea were it is & when I will receive it. That is about all they can do to help me & I just need to wait until the 3rd party deliver it & I do need to be at home to sign for it or they will not leave it.I spent some time on the phone today listening to there recorded message telling me how good there fast & efficient service is i wonder if they really be leave it.

I read how fantastic DHL is from other members on this forum ,getting stuff for O/S in 2 -4 days to door. The best DHL can do to me is a week to 10 days!
Stuff arrives in Australia in about 4 business days, weekends don't count, then goes through customs, then goes to a third party and comes to me.

I sent an email to Craddock's yesterday to see if they could do any thing & received a reply last night saying they had contacted DHL . I then received an Email from DHL saying they had now sent my parts to my PO Box which they would nor do before. Then this morning I received a text message from Aust Post saying my package from DHL will be at my PO Box today. Aust Post usually send me emails when there is mail at my PO Box to collect & haven't sent me a text message for over 12 months . I am off to the post office this morning we will see whats there.

I rang Aus post this morning and asked them what it meant what I posted earlier in regards to the tracking info, and they told me the parcel is not in their system, but the eparcel tracking reference number came from Melbourne and was only lodged on sat so it appears my item was not sent on the date the seller as previously stated . I also questioned this so called security facility that it was tied up in due to terrorist attacks around the world and she said that was a new one for her.

Post them back a parcel bomb, Mario. That should test out the security.

    LOL, I'm a lover not a fighter.
I did the request seller details via ebay just now and seller company is in Hong Kong. That's not a problem, if they had a warehouse here also. but it all sounds suss.

Well its good news for me , my parts turned up today , over 24 hours after HDL recon they had delivered them. I would say as soon as they passed them on to a different delivery service they clicked the delivered button. as far as I am concerned there responsible doesn't finish until I have the parts in my possession . They were contracted by Craddocks to deliver them express to my home address & not to my account address which is a PO Box & they do not deliver to PO Boxes so had to ger a 3rd party to deliver to Aust Post , & this is why the delay in delivery.
