    Ethics in medical research is different from. Everyday ethics. That said, it seem this vw research has ethics committee approval...(surprisingly)

    Also there is a strong conflict of interest hehe, car company fund research looking at health effect of diesels exhaust...
    Nobody from academia will even look at these results. Maybe media and lobby group will


    P.s. Australia has the most arsehole animal research ethics code in the world. Check NHMRC for all those committees and codes..and application forms and guidelines....

    Why are people so stupid !

    In my opinion VW should be applauded, Don't the dickhead consumers realise VW were trying to help them out , by giving them better performance & economy that they would have otherwise achieved with the implementation of the over the top emissions regulations. If I had a VW with the special factory treatment no way i'd be handing it over to be made 'right' .!!

    Of course , NASA was headed by Captured German WW2 Rocket scientists !!

    Not to mention the thousands of tonnes of hydrocarbons being burned with every rocket launch, No DPF on those babies.

    I thought they were only illegal in Amurica where light diesel emissions were the same as petrol or something. The rest of the world was no problems.

    Never the less, I'd never buy a VW.... said from the seat of my very clean diesel Audi.

    Actually, interestingly, the insides of my Q5 V6 tdi exhaust pipes at 47,000km are still shiny, and I haven't even polished them.
