I agree. That's why I suggested just leaving it alone.

And so you mentioned it again, twice.

The mere fact this has not been reported suggests to me there was a lot more to it than you indicate.

As I have said to several before, if you are unhappy with a moderation, report it and explain yourself. If you convince the moderators the moderation was incorrect, it can be reversed. If you're not convincing enough, the moderation will stand.

    Move on, chaps.

I chose not to make a fuss about it, so I just had a laugh and moved on. The mods are volunteers and so inconsistencies are inevitable. It's no big deal

    There in lies the problem

You think moderators do things willy nilly to suit themselves and their own views

That is a long way from what actually happens

They have guidelines to follow and there has to be consensus among them to act

Only person who gets to take arbitrary action is me but that hasn’t happened in a very long time

Whilst I know none ever pleases everyone, the place just doesn’t amble from one incident to another, there are actual protocols in place and they are reviewed regularly

    Cheers

I'm sure there are. It's all good. My original post on this was just intended to placate someone.
