Inter alia manufactured in Thailand Ford Ranger, Isuzu 4x4, Mazda 4x4, Honda Jazz and I think Civic.

Isuzu have been strong in Thailand for many years.

Some other subsidies that Tesla gets
Approx USD11,000 penalty per vehicle that other manufacturers who have not reached EV targets pay to Tesla . This is reducing.

Approx. $3400 per vehicle subsidy from US Government on first 200,000 vehicles produced which halves at 200,000, so will soon halve, and then cuts out at 400,000.

Dunno about the lightweight dual cab utes, but is the 79 Series dual cab still built in Japan?

According to a table at Toyota Plants (Worldwide) the factory list for Landcruiser shows the following:

Bangladesh Colombia Kenya Venezuela and Vietnam

Don't know how accurate that table is, but with the mish-mash of car plants around the world, you just can't be sure!?
