Well done, I've never done that, you are certainly proving your "loyalty".
I had a friend who went 30 yrs in a row, until He got too ill. I knew of a few guys that went up for practice, quali etc, then drove home Saturday night to watch the race on TV on Sunday!

As much as everyone (well maybe not everyone) would like the Corvette to get to the grid, I believe the rules require the vehicle to be manufactured in RHD and be a 4 seater.

That is correct, Corvette is classed as a "Sportscar" so it'll not race at Bathurst, well not in Supercars, but there are several other classes where it could,...GT4 etc.

Very wet at the mountain untll this afternoon, at which time the Supercars were able to race on a dry track for the first time,...in their qualifying session.
    Absolutely brilliant.
Very important, because the top ten in this session get to run in the "Top Ten Shootout" tomorrow at 5.10pm to decide the top ten grid positions for the race.

Well, been watching a bit of racing today - didn't know the utes were still a thing and great to see they are actually modern dual cabs from a variety of manufacturers rather than some outdated V8 utes from the red and blue.

Thought they were great and much more representative of what the average Aussie family drives than the Supercars.

Just watching the Super 2's now. Got to say that save from Dumbrell was bloody amazing and that could have been sooooo much worse. Hopefully they'll get him back out on the track.

Pickles - you'll be glad to know I'm enjoying it all - hope your weekend's going great too. 👍😊

Got to say, those Erebus Penrite cars are the best looking vehicles out there by a mile too - and bloody quick. So, apart from barracking for Lowndes which I sort of have to do, I'll be supporting the the Erebus team tomorrow - based on their looks - shallow? Yes - but considering I don't really know any of the younger drivers that's as good as I can do. 👍😊
