yes it does taste "like" JD , very drinkable and very smooth which I believe is due to the "wash" and keeping it below 40 proof.

Cast strength……based on other cast strength bottles I still getting used to them. I suspect this will be a dash of water in each dram.

Lordy! And yes, the Scots have those little jugs next to you for that very purpose. Don't be ashamed. That drop though would surely be suited to cooler climes...? Like Melbourne?
