Turned out well, apart from the sweet potato being over cooked.

I have been eyeing off the travel buddy but there is a 12v air fryer about to be released so thinking about pre ordering one.

    it doesnt,

for starters its about half the size and going by the video link the time to cook for a single sausage roll and a couple of chicken nuggets is about double what a 240v unit takes to cook twice the amount. But compared to the travel buddy style oven which can leave pastry stuff a bit damp (but oddly mine does chicken nuggets to perfection at least as I like em) IT'd make a good addition IF it bakes the food in a drier manner.

So, a bloke's got to cook his dinner in shifts?

his dinner probably not, a groups dinner, maybe, but id wager that a bit of prep, like defrosting the sausage rolls would speed things along.
