Aah but we can't talk about Land Rovers all the time and it's pro'ly healthy to get out of our echo chamber and hear some different views, and this is the "General" chat section.

I come here because I'm old enough to know there's a lot I don't know and the perspective of others can be enlightening. Also because I drive a landrover and this is a good place to get advice when it breaks down.

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

It's good to see that someone in News Corp has rejected the misinformation it's papers have published, trying to blame the fires on a lack of hazard reduction and on arsonists, rather than the real cause, which is climate change, and had the guts to resign rather than be a party to the misinformation campaign.

Bob10 you have already been warned.

So you think it is unusual that ONE employee is "woke" when most journalists live in the inner city bubble?

    Oh come now.

I would be more surprised if a SMH or Guardian or ABC journalist came out and said that the Climate Change Hysteria was just that.

Just as a thought,. Do you ever read News.com.au. A Newscorp site that to me is a hotbed of woke views and Trump hating articles.

You've probably seen the word “
    woke
” being used on Twitter and find yourself confused by what it
    means
    . According to
    UrbanDictionary
    , “
    Woke
” refers to being in a state of awareness: “Being
    Wokemeans
    being aware..
