Hopefully the Cup Holders will be able to hold my JUMBO SLURPEE then!

I did a little research on it, only here and NZ gets the RHD version, small market. the few reviews I read online seem good tho.

If then can produce the acadia in right hook in the US (mehico) then why cant they bring in the Camaro in RHD instead of making HSV convert them here, and driving the price into the statosphere???

Camaro in RHD?..A lot of us have been asking that question, particularly in view of the success of Mustang in Aus, sales of which have exceeded all expectations, including those of Ford. If Ford can do it with Mustang, why can't GM do it with Camaro?.....I don't know.
However, I think I've read that Mustang sales are down in Aus this year, and I think I've also read elsewhere that SUVs/dual cabs etc are increasingly becoming the recreational/leisure/toy vehicle of choice, so maybe big V8 Coupes are not as desirable as they were.
I don't think Camaro in RHD will come any time soon to Aus or anywhere else. GM would have done their sums that's for sure, & made their decision. Corvette?...IMHO, very possible with the next model.

I thought I heard somewhere that HSV were going to bring them in (or considering) but the cost of doing the conversion locally would push the sale price WELL into the 100's mark?

Or did I hear only half a story???

HSV have been the "SS" version of the Camaro for several months now, it can be bought for between $85-90K.
HSV have just announced the 2019 models, which have 10 sp autos, and a manual will also be available.
However, the big news is, that HSV have announced that they will also be converting the mighty ZL1 Camaro, which is the most powerful Camaro ever with 480KW, price will be about $180k on the road. The last HSV Commodores produced were the GTSR at $130K & the W1, most of which were sold for around the $200K mark, so if you look at it on that basis, the Camaro, on a LIMITED sale basis (and that is what HSV is doing, they are not trying to compete with Mustang), is not out of the ball park.
I'm gonna have to scrounge a drive in a ZL1!

Sales of all new vehicles were down 9% in the last quarter, so it's not just the Mustang.

Drive past the Ford Design Centre in Campbellfied to see where all the Mustang 'sales' go.....mostly staff leases.

The carpark is about 50/50 Rangers & Mustangs, I did spot an Everest the other week....

a sign of a coat of paint or anything to try and change the way it looked from 15 years ago - they must know the writing is on the wall.

That will be the only writing on the wall then? In Dark Red I presume?
