    I saw Landline getting into it saying how much of soy and nut milks are water 🤣🤣🤣🤣 they obviously have not worked out yet how much of cows milk (especially skim) is water...

    Also pretty ordinary when they were being derisive of soy milk in favour of dairy farmers when Landline is meant to do stories that assist all farmer (and Australia has a lot of soy farmers) (and that's without getting into health benefits of soy over cow milk).

    If you have ever wondered what is in some of the Soy milks on the market , this article explains that they boil soy in a vat of sulphuric acid then add caustic soda to denature the acid.
    YUMM .

    My understanding from when I was in the NSW Dept of Ag was that one of the major manufacturers of Soy milk used imported hydrolyzed soy protein

    I only drink Bonsoy which is made using the traditional Japanese water method and no added oils. So I don't support our Soy farmers either in terms of soy milk but do in terms of Tofu. Cheers

    I like full cream milk from fat Friesan dairy cows grazed on real grass preferably from Eastern Victoria or northern NSW. Gimme that cream!

    I was raised on Jersey/Gernsey cross breeds milk and home churned butter. Non pasteurized and I now know from a PhD mate who did their PhD in science on that very point that we were probably all very lucky in that regard.

    But. Will never go back. Each to their own.

    The only soy to drink!

    I have Bonsoy in my chai, purely for the taste/texture over cows juice.

    But I do squeeze bovines for my piccolo's!

    It's great Rick. It wasn't some years ago when they were adding Iodine from seaweeds... but since it's very natural and all ingredients stated on the carton.

    There is one that i have heard is even better Happy Happy Soy Boy...name will put some off but apparently it's the bees knees.

    I just scored Bonsoy at $3.80 a litre so got a few.

    Generally Healthy Life have it at a much lower price than the major supermakets, ($3.80 rings a bell?) although I'm ****ed off with them ATM as a very good friend manages the local store and head office just issued them a shut down notice.....Rationalisation.
    Their Raw C coconut water is stupidly cheap too. $2.95/litre. I buy it by the carton.
