Funny, isn't it. Coconut water is ridiculously cheap at $2.98 a litre but petrol, which takes a bit more refining, is way overpriced at $1.45 a litre.

A lot of the dairy industry wants nut milks re-named as "nut juice" that should put people off, yuck.

I reckon dairy milk should be called bovine lactate juice too.
The coffee shops around here are used to me asking for cow's juice in my lattes these days

Science really needs to get serious and prove that the living organisms in vegetables feel pain, this will stop vegans eating them and then the Vegans will die out and leave the rest of humanity alone.

I love it Mario. I generally leave everyone to their own. But can't resist lobbing on some topics. Whilst I dislike killing animals for me a massive part is the health aspect. I suspect for most Vegans it's a big part.

    I'm not off raiding feedlots.

    Cheers

I wonder if carnivorous plants would survive, in normal health, on tofu.

Why aren't the concerned vegie people out eradicating meat eating plants, for that matter?

I had to go back to higher levels of protein than I could absorb in a vego diet, I was becoming insulin resistant and then found out I was salicylate intolerant so 'normal' ''healthy' green, leafy veggies and fruits inflame my gut, which explained a lot and makes being vego difficult.

I was a yoga teacher for years, taught seven classes a week at one point and when people find out you aren't vego, omg, the condemnation begins! (And I bet that's a shock for the majority on here! Vegan......)
And you won't find a more vain, judgemental and superior group than a bunch of yoga teachers in one place at the same time! Vegan......
I do battle the guilt of animals suffering for my food though.

That's a bugger Rick. A whole foods vege diet is the best for most people but if you have an intolerance or can't absorb enough protein then you just do whatever works.

    Cheers

Well, Rick, you must be doing something right as you look a lot healthier than a lot of people I see wandering around, willy nilly which side of the Great Food Debate they're on.
