Maybe you couldn't get the nozzle to flow.

Fill it very bloody quickly I reckon. There'd be no buggerising around checking oil & cleaning the windscreen or checking the tyres & lights.

Apologies. I thought I was still back in the 1950/60s. I don't know what came over me for a couple of secs there.


You'd be hard pressed to start one today it seems. I believe the Crankcase is chokkas with concrete & possibly some other "Non Start" features


I don't believe that Australia's Leopard Fleet ever saw any hostilities before they were spread around OZ to end their life on Concrete hardstands. We just had to have the latest at squillions of $ to look nice.

Chatted with a gym asking me for a Doctors certificate re recent surgery. I refused. I have the scars to prove the surgery. Why would medicare fund a stupid question? It does of course- I refuse to do it

Pulled in to the Puma servo at Dayboro a couple weeks ago. Had to wait a while behind a grader filling up at the bowser.
