I am a bit late to the party,but probably Elephant.

Where we lived in West Africa,the flesh at the top of the trunk was a delicacy.

We had a piece of dried Elephant skin around a foot square from the same area for quite a while but it seems to have disappeared sometime over the last decade.

FWIW,we still have a full lion skin,and a few other very interesting bits and pieces of animals,mainly skins,horns,and teeth,that would probably not be allowed into the country these days,
