Had near 10 weeks off work injured, (gotta love a bad back [bighmmm]) everytime I tried to do a few hours at work (office and site visits only) just put my recovery backwards, then at week 9 covid smashed me. Still recovering a few weeks later. But getting better by the day.

Fixed now ok it was a bit of tissue jammed in the moving bits of the spine.
Bloody Physio had me on The Rack, no kid, it was like one sees in the medieval flicks. I think he was trying to stretch me over my existing 6'. As it happened it could never have done the trick, Sturgeon made a 1" incision cleared it out & Bob's me uncle. Well he was until he kicked the bucket.
Great Nurse though, she could turn me over by juggling the bed sheets a bit & I didn't need to get out of bed. I wish I had learned that trick yonks ago as it could have been handy at times.:Rolling:
Apparently it occurred while shoveling rubble from an install incorrectly.
Instead of following through with the shovel & into the barrow I was stopping the forward action & going back so doing a twist. No not Chubby Checker style.[biggrin]

Nothing "girly" about baking. Best bread I've ever eaten is the stuff I bake myself, and I know what's in it. No machine though, proper kneading. Something cathartic about it.
Mum taught me to bake, these were her tins which have seen thousands of loaves. I also bake in many other forms.Quote:
