Alex Jones, a prominent conspiracy theorist and the host of a popular right-wing radio show, has apologized for helping to spread and promote the hoax known as Pizzagate.



The Pizzagate theory, which posited with no evidence that top Democratic officials were involved with a satanic child pornography ring centered around Comet Ping Pong, a pizza restaurant in Washington, D.C., grew in online forums before making its way to more visible venues, including Mr. Jones’s show. And its prominence after the election drew attention to the proliferation of false and misleading news, much of it politically charged, that circulated on platforms like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

"The restaurant was closed for two days in December, after the police arrested a man, Edgar M. Welch, 28, a father of two from North Carolina, who they said showed up at Comet Ping Pong to investigate the claims and fired a semiautomatic rifle he had brought with him inside the pizzeria."

The Alex Jones Show” and the operator of the website Infowars, was striking. In addition to promoting the Pizzagate conspiracy theory, he has contended that the Sept. 11 attacks were inside jobs carried out by the United States government and that the 2012 shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., was a hoax concocted by those hostile to the Second Amendment.

'Sharpie' votes still count in Arizona


Another widespread rumour emerged during the count in the battleground state of Arizona.


Tweets alleged there was a scheme to discount votes in pro-Republican parts of the state by distributing Sharpie pens - permanent markers - for people to fill in their ballots.


In one widely circulated video, a woman describes how voting machines supposedly can't read ballots marked with this type of pen.


The person behind the camera says votes aren't being counted and that people are being forced to use Sharpie pens to skew the vote total.


This led to a surge of activity on social media, claims of voter fraud and that large numbers of votes from Trump supporters were being invalidated.

Can I propose the theory that they should've known the US Election was rigged from the start, as soon as VP Joe Biden started to run for office, as his surname Biden sounds like Bye Don?

I enjoyed the one I read from a protester who claimed to have seen a person carrying a large amount of technical equipment into a counting centre and alleged it was being used to destroy votes.
Investigations found the person was a cameraman who was hired to live stream the counting so it could be watched by anyone interested, to prevent allegations of vote fraud.

This dour Doctor has posited the latest news from Pfizer is possibly... Serpent-Slime. One could draw the (Conspiracy) theory that it's all a beat-up to lift share price.

There is the point that.... "everyone" has tried - and failed - to produce a cure and/or a vaccine for the Common Cold, and yearly vaccines for the 'flu are rarely above 60% useful, which makes the quickie-vaccine even more miraculous. NINETY % !!! - All the above are "corona" family of virus.

Anyway, it's an entertaining ode, and we could do with a chuckle.
