I know someone who has spent the last two years trying to persuade me that Covid-19 is complete hoax, that it doesn't exist, that it only affects ninety year old people with underlying health issues, that because he hasn't seen anyone drop dead from the virus, that no-one has died, that the vaccine is killing more people than the virus and other conspiracy theories too numerous to list here.

For some reason he tracked down an online. source of Ivermectin made in Germany and distributed through India.

So he has spent something like $100 for a treatment that doesn't work to protect himself from a virus that doesn't exist.

He keeps boasting about having an open mind. He doesn't seem to realise that having an open mind means being willing to change your mind based on new, credible evidence rather than just accepting claims without evidence.
