I can't recall the last time I donned socks. Probably a wedding or funeral and in my stage of 'The History of the Universe', I would think a funeral.

In 2000 I went to a Wedding at Shute Harbour on the deck of a yacht.

Wore a suit, crisp linen white shirt, nice tie and a fresh pair of white double plugger Double Dragon thongs.

Had a surf shop before then where you could get Double Dragons in any size (baby to mega) in any colour you liked, as long as it was white. People used to drive down from Melby just to get white thongs.
