Just watched an interesting YouTube on sovereign citizens. Unfortunately, due to language, actually one word, I can't link it here. If you search "Do sovereign citizens' claims have any legal basis?", you'll get there.

There was an Optforus tower in the coastal town I used to live in. The only person I knew (retired deputy police commissioner)who briefly used that service saved a fair bit of money coz he couldn't connect to the network even when he had line of sight.
