"Sky News host Andrew Bolt says former Fox News host Tucker Carlson is “gloating” about scoring an interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin.Mr Carlson is currently in Moscow to interview the Russian President, although the date and time of the sit-down are currently unknown.
Carlson is gloating about it and again preaching his wacky conspiracy theories about a lying media dragging the US into supporting a nasty Ukraine in war,” Mr Bolt said. “Carlson did the interview because Putin loves him.”

Mr Bolt said Mr Carlson’s claim that mainstream media “couldn’t be bothered” interviewing Mr Putin is false." BBC link

I know above is a Conspiracy as I agree with Mr Bolt

    Mr Carlson has prior form

"Responding to a conspiracy theory can be challenging, but it’s important to approach the conversation with respect and understanding. Here are some steps you might consider:
    1. Listen and Understand: Before responding, make sure you understand the person’s point of view. Ask clarifying questions if needed.
    2. Provide Facts: Use reliable sources to provide factual information that counters the conspiracy theory. Be aware that people who believe in conspiracy theories may not trust mainstream sources, so you may need to use sources they find credible.
    3. Avoid Ridicule: It’s important not to ridicule or dismiss the person’s beliefs. This can often reinforce their views and shut down any chance of a productive conversation.
    4. Encourage Critical Thinking: Encourage them to think critically about the sources of their information. Ask questions like, “How do you know this is true?” or “What makes this source reliable?”
    5. Be Patient: Changing beliefs, especially deeply held ones, takes time. Don’t expect to change someone’s mind in a single conversation.

You asked AI about conspiracy theories??? Perhaps you should look up "critical thinking", as AI isn't it. Although it does a better job of it than Andrew Bolt.

Skeptical about Mr Bolt? He wears his views on his sleeves Mostly not my cup of tea. I am Skeptical about most things John Try not to be to critical of others opinions unless I find them too offensive

Here is one which may be more fact than fictions?

"The sea off the New South Wales coast is so warm it could support a tropical cyclone, according to the hard science.
The temperature in the Tasman Sea off Coffs Harbour, on the state's Mid North Coast, and north is currently 26.5 degrees - two to three degrees above the average for late summer, reports Weatherzone."

I would not need my wet suit in 26.5!
""Ocean temperatures of at least 26.5 degrees, from the surface down to 50 metres deep, are needed to provide sufficient energy to [a tropical] disturbance to turn it into a tropical cyclone. Heat energy from warm water helps keep circulating winds moving," according to the University of Western Australia. Continue reading

Current temperature recordings of the seas off the north-eastern NSW coast and south-eastern Queensland coast show the ocean temperature at 50 metres below the surface hit that mark on Monday."

Hope it's just warm not a Cyclone !!!

There was a time when I really liked Mr Bolt. I still check him out occasionally, but he is far too one sided for me these days. He wears his biases on his sleeves as well. Of course, most of it is an "on screen persona" to cater to the audience he has created.

Sadly, it's all a bit too much " you're for us or you're against us" bs these days. It gets pretty lonely here on the middle ground.

Wasn't he involved in a punch up on the street over some comments he made on air, I dunno, 2 or 3years ago, possibly brought on by his On Screen Persona. I don't recall all the details or any come to that but he was flat chat telling the world about it.

Not sure if this is the right comment for here so please remove if am crossing the line

My thinking is that part of the problem is that the media labeled these people like Tucker as Conservative in political positioning. They are following a belief system and trajectory that does not match what was previously seen as a Conservative position. There is no questioning of this by the media. To me is similar to mixing up Socialist and Communist but with a bigger gap in the beliefs they have. There are other groups from across the political spectrum who have ridden on the use of similar historic political titles from the media which do not match their positions. This has helped give what used to be called shock jocks a level of credibility they would otherwise not have had
