Vegan and vegetarian diets 'link to higher stroke risk'

I like a bit of well cooked or some times raw meat and fish. No issues with a load of veggies and salads. A bit of balance works for me

I have quite a mixed diet, almost always some kind of meat but I like my veggies to go with it, and as it was so nice the other day bought my first bunch of salad stuff and been eating loads of that too. 👍.

Having said aid that I didn’t have meat tonight because I didn’t feel like cooking so had a bowl of soup and a salad sanga.

Edit - within seconds of posting this I’m getting salad adverts... 😁
