Thread: A good response to the morally outraged masses

Jeanette Francis is a progressive Feminist 'journalist'. She has been called out a number of times using rubbery data in her Op-Ed's. I stopped listening when she got caught out not knowing the difference between a "Gender Pay Gap" and a "Gender Earnings Gap". They are two completely separate things and its easy enough to look up the difference. There are plenty of other women to follow online and in the media that are actually grounded in reality. I think of her stuff as 'click-bait' and take anything she says with a pinch of salt and move on.

That girl is working for a newspaper, a boomer product if ever there was one. Yet she attacks the boomers, sneers at them in a sense, and the boomer newspaper customers are not all that numerous, they are declining, same as tv boomers. The days and stature of newspapers are passing fast. The newspapers lurk at fast food shops, and can be read for free... but they are not... because the people of all generations are on their phones instead. Or out pushing prams.

Jan's progressive reply to the cartoonist's reply to the haters is so progressive of her. I wonder if Jan subscribes to the feminist scripture and term "Toxic Masculinity".
I would invite any and all cartoonists to make a cartoon attacking this progressive compost.

Here is the idea for the cartoon, from a "tweet". It was a tweet too brief and insightful to be from a newspaper, especially a ailing newspaper worried about upseting PC advertisers (and their advertising accounts).
