My FIL would probably have killed for a prawn, raw or otherwise. Didn't get a whole lot to eat on the Death Railway.

Reminds me of a Kiwi bloke working for Waterway Constructions I once met. I was lofting a silt boom for them in Walsh Bay. He was on my boat and gobbled up every prawn or crab that came up with it.Cant get rawer or fresher than that. Never mind the heavy metals and what ever else might be in them.
    Cheers, Billy.

I understand that John but it was the luck/bad luck of the draw who went there. No choice springs to mind. Those blokes were the real Heroes not some fancy schmancy sports "star" of the time.

A sorry saga in Australia's history to be sure.

Now, can we get back to Cuppa stinking like a Fishmongers waste bucket?

It was just an association thing, Bee. But yeah, 31 months there and them 6 or so in the mines near Nagasaki before you know what happened. Yet he was the humblest bloke you'd meet.

Never met the bloke, but you can't trust these salty types. I reckon ND's fancy suit might have whiffed as well.

There's no obligation on anyone to show up for a free feed at my fantasy fisherman's shack in Coffs, just a whiffy welcome at the Tugman's shack in Lilyfield.
    Cheers, Billy.

So that'll be a Fantasy Three Course Seafood Dinner? Fantasy Wine list? or Fantasy BYO?

Dinner Suit? Fantasy of course, your Fantasy Dinner Venue deserves nothing less.
