3 phone calls today. Each needed a few button/numbers pushed to direct the call to the relevant area. Each subjected me to 99% irrelevant information for 3 minutes plus. All spoken in calm monotonous voice ending in Be Respectful to our staff.

I Fully agree be respectful to the poor sods answering my inane or important questions!

I think it is grossly disrespectful to subject every call to lots of not relevant information for several minutes.

The Best today was Medicare or a Superannuation fund? They are Close to the other one but just that little bit extra rubbish I have heard far to many times to count

FYI- question was NOT on the FAQ or on the websites That makes me grumpy
