For some strange reason, my (ex) wife liked to give our cars a name.
Me, I just call it the car.

Anyway, we got her a Rangie, and she called it Rex.
Then we got another Rangie for me, and she called it Ralf.
Actually, I think my daughter named him. Not sure.

So I'm not Ralf, the Rangie is.
I'm Harry (that's not my real name), but that's another story.

I wanted something that I could remember!
I already had about 3 or 4 other forum and login names all different. So I went with one I already had and had a hope of remembering!
My ebay account is also ralph1malph and various email accounts and website logons.
    Easy on the memory!
My name is not Ralph either, but he was one of my favourite Happy Days characters.

    Regards
    Ralph1malph

"Omaroo" is a Monaro-area aboriginal word for "beautiful view" - so that is the name we gave to our property in Cooma.

Fenian is a term used since the 1850's for Irish republican /nationalists who are against British rule in Ireland, and engage in or support most means possible to end it. Historically, it specifically refered to members of the Irish Republican Brotherhood (IR.
Peelers, Prods, Brits and British security forces also use it in a derogatory manner to Irish people or supporters, i.e. "you Fenian bastard"

The term derives from the Irish Na Fianna or Na Fianna Eireann who in Celtic mythology were a band of warriors formed to protect Ireland, Fionn Mac Cumhaill (Finn McCool) being the most famous of its warriors.

Eel refers to a pathetic/pathological love the user has for the footy team the Parramatta Eels. This term is also used in a derogatory manner by supporters of the Eels "those F%)^)^&& Eels give me the $%(^(" and also by supporters of better teams (at the present there are currently 13 of them). i.e. "The Eels - ha ha ha - they suck". Unfortunately at the time of writing - even the most subjective reader would have to agree

Thus FENIAN + EEL = ME!
